Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team via the help desk within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the Firewalla device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, power adapters, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it back to our processing center using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
